Is there a fee for the initial consultation?

How should I prepare for the initial consultation?
To make the most of your consultation, be prepared to provide a big-picture summary of your legal issue or concern, including a concise timeline of key events, documents and a list of witnesses or parties.
How does billing work?
We have a simple billing system which allows you to pay for services on a monthly basis by check or credit card. For on-going matters, fulfillment of a retainer is required; your monthly billing will be deducted from your retainer. Flat Fee arrangements required advance payment. Engagement Agreements are required for all representation and may be signed electronically.
