Meet Jennifer
My 25-year journey as a lawyer has taken me from Big Law, to in-house roles and boutique specialty firms, culminating in the establishment of my own law practice. I also have the honor of serving as President & Trustee of the Princeton Bar Association, and currently serve as Pro Bono Counsel to the Hunterdon Land Trust.

Jennifer began her legal career as an attorney for the Division of Solid and Hazardous Materials with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation. In that role, she also served as counsel to New York’s recycling and bottle bill programs. Jennifer went on to litigate environmental disputes for a global 100 law firm, including as part of the litigation team on one of the largest environmental lawsuits ever filed in the State of New Jersey.
Jennifer has also served as counsel to the third largest venture capital fund in the world on their US corporate transactions, and has experience in M&A transactions for companies of all sizes.
Jennifer loves the personable aspect of representing small businesses, and helping people build their dreams.
ADMISSIONS: New York and New Jersey State and Federal Courts, The Federal District Court of New Jersey, the Southern and Northern Federal District Courts of New York, the Federal District Court of Delaware, and the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
EDUCATION: Jennifer earned her Juris Doctor from Albany Law School with a concentration in Environmental Law. She was awarded the Gary M. Peck Prize in Environmental Law, the highest graduating honor. Jennifer also holds a certificate in Green Economy from the U.N. and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship for Women from Cornell University.
Jennifer earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Russian language from the University at Albany. While in college, Jennifer was selected to participate in highly selective study abroad programs in St. Petersburg and Moscow, Russia.
