We believe every small business deserves a strong foundation. That’s why we recommend that all new small business representations begin with our GC Strategy Session. In this comprehensive package, we’ll take a detailed look at your business to identify potential risks, clarify uncertainties, and uncover opportunities to strengthen your legal framework to allow your business to scale and thrive.

We begin with an initial 30 minute consultation to determine if we are a right fit for you. We may send you a questionnaire for you to complete and return to us in advance of our call.

After we review your key documents, we will schedule a 60-minute deep dive into your legal issues to discuss your concerns and our preliminary assessment.

Your General Counsel (GC) Strategy Session
This session provides a triage-style overview of your legal needs to prioritize your most pressing commercial and legal issues, offer preliminary recommendations, and set your business on a strong legal path forward.

- Preliminary review of key legal documents (page limits apply)

Flat fee: $1,250
At the conclusion of your session, you will have a clear legal blueprint that will allow you to scale and build your business and the option to work with us at your pace to implement your GC Action Plan. You may select the most urgent or important legal project to you, and our experienced legal team will handle it with efficiency and expertise.

In this bundle, we prepare the bylaws/operating agreement, initial resolutions, and stock/ownership certificate and provide you with employment agreement templates for you to complete on your own. The templates come with clear and easy instructions for you to follow, or you can choose to have our team prepare those documents for you at an additional fee. If you have not yet formed your company, contact us about how we can assist with your initial filling.

What’s included:
- Last Will and Testament: Ensure your wishes are honored and your loved ones are taken care of with a legally binding will.
- Power of Attorney: Choose between a durable or springing power of attorney to designate someone you trust to manage your affairs if you become incapacitated.
- Health Care Proxy/Living Will: Make your medical preferences known and appoint a trusted person to make health care decisions on your behalf.
- HIPAA Release Form: Allow your designated individuals to access your medical information when needed.
- Personal Legacy Organizer: A fill-in, attorney-prepared form to organize your personal assets; includes advice on designating beneficiaries for your contract assets and organizing your personal affairs.
- One-on-One Attorney Meetings:
- Initial Virtual Meeting: Before any work begins, you will have a virtual meeting with your attorney to discuss your needs, clarify any concerns, and outline the steps ahead (30 minutes).
- Written Correspondence: Throughout the drafting process, you’ll have the opportunity to review and provide feedback on the documents via written exchanges with our team.
- Final Meeting: Once the drafts are finalized, we’ll schedule a final virtual or in-person meeting to go over the documents in detail, answer any remaining questions, and instruct on how to properly sign the documents. This meeting will also confirm your understanding of the estate plan (30 minutes).
Flat fee: Individual: $1,500; Couple: $2,000
